Soup of the day

Garlic wild mushrooms & truffle bruschetta, Parmesan & rocket
Local mussels garlic white wine, onion & cream.
Tempura of prawn, ginger soy, sesame & peanut salad
Welsh rarebit, tomato, balsamic

MAIN COURSES
Roast Turkey, pigs in blanket, sage and onion stuffing and rich gravy.
Rump steak, garlic butter, hand cut chips

Fillet of salmon, cream leeks, cockle & laverbread
Breast of chicken, tomato & olive salad, shaved Parmesan
Beer battered fish of the day, hand cut chips, tartare Sauce
Pan fried breast of pheasant, shallot onion & port Sauce
Roast white onion stuffed with leek, spinach & cheddar cheese, red wine sauce
Main course served with seasonal vegetables

DESSERTS
Joes ice cream with shortbread biscuit.
Homemade apple crumble with clotted cream.
Christmas pudding with brandy sauce.

Warm chocolate brownie with Joe’s ice cream
