The Afan Valley Forest Single Track MTB Trails are mountain bike trails, classified in the WORLD'S top 10 riding venues. Situated mid-way between Cardiff and Swansea in South Wales, access to this rugged steep sided valley could not be easier. Take junction 40 from the M4 and the A4107 will carry you through the heart of the valley. There is a visitor centre also at Afan Argoed and a Cafe.
