The "Whatever's" 13-16 yrs

Most of our rooms split down into spacious twin rooms and although we have 16 bedrooms Patricks still feels safe enough for teenagers to be given the independence of their own room.

Each room has a DVD player and we have a selection of DVD's to watch on the landings. WI FI is available in each room and all televisions have free view.

The village is surrounded by wonderful beaches, the majority of which are life guarded in the summer season, a plethora of parks and open spaces ideal for rip sticking, scooting or long boarding (depending on the current trends) with a skate board ramp a couple miles away along the Mumbles front. There are many hiring and training facilities for out door activities such as surfing, sea canoeing, wind surfing and may be even coast steering to name but a few.

We have a number of two wheeled boards, surf boards, tennis rackets and if you would like to introduce your siblings to the old fashion games we have chess and even a pack of cards.

The local shops are great for the unusual purchase, hours can be spent at the top of Newton road mooching from book shops to clothes and jewellery shops with a much needed pit stop for a hot chocolate and brownie.

Our restaurant is renowned for quality and exciting food an ideal place for the not so adventurous eater to experiment with may be the sauce on the side or have to have a go at a different starter, all with in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.

You never know we may be able to tempt you siblings back to Swansea University and then we have you hooked for life.
