The excitement for Patricks with Rooms food is not only the customers, it is equalled by that of the teams. Flavour, freshness and innovation are what you can expect from our menus.
Early mornings you may see our team of chefs out on a field trip picking sloe berries for the Christmas menu, six months down the line, or scrambling across the rock pools for that secret location of laverbread.
We have even invested in a green house and raised beds to ensure that the pea shoots are picked as and when they are needed, micro herbs are plentiful and so that the chefs can experiment with new flavours for the up and coming menus.
