King prawn bruschetta, wild garlic butter.
Cauliflower cheese soup, homemade bread.
Venison carpaccio, watercress and parmesan salad, truffle croutons.
Tomato basil and goats cheese arancini, ratatouille puree.

MAIN COURSE
Roast Welsh beef, Yorkshire pudding, creamed horseradish, pan jus.
Hake fillet crab cheese & chive crust, lobster thermidor sauce.
Pan fried pork tenderloin, roast rib stuffing, apple puree, crispy sage and port sauce.
Mushroom wellington, roast shallots, Perl Wen cheese, port sauce.

DESSERT
Sticky toffee pudding, toffee sauce, Joe’s Ice-cream.
Duck egg crème brulee, shortbread biscuit.
