We approach breakfast in the same way as every other menu in Patricks, we use where ever possible local produce to give the best food experience.
You won't find a buffet table groaning with cereals, tinned fruit and warm juices, as all of our dishes are prepared to order with toasted bread and freshly brewed hot drinks to accompany.
Breakfast is served:
7.30am - 9.30am Monday to Friday
8.00am - 9.30am Saturday & Sunday
Fruit platter with natural yoghurt, topped with honey and crunchy nuts
Patricks style kedgeree of prawns, smoked fish and boiled egg with a tangy Eastern sauce
Welsh breakfast - Egg, bacon, sausage, grilled tomato, cockles & laverbread.
Traditional English - Egg, bacon, black pudding, sausage, grilled tomato and mushrooms.
Toasted homemade bread topped with spinach and poached egg, finished with St. Illtyd cheese sauce
Mushroom and cherry tomato frittata with Mediterranean tomato sauce
All of the above are served with:
Glass of fruit juice
A pot of tea or freshly brewed coffee.
