Customer service is about identifying your customer’s needs. That has always been a priority at Patricks with Rooms. We serve a wide variety of people from different walks of life with differing needs, from a wonderful gentleman with full blown MS to a young boy with a serious nut allergy.

Of course we are sometimes restricted by the demographics of joining 4 old buildings together but in each of our projects we have taken into account our customers needs and in fact on the last development we installed a first floor lift and a wheel in shower in one of our existing rooms.

We strive at Patricks with Rooms to ensure that we are discerning and not discriminating as we would like every one to enjoy our “Seriously good food, wine, service and sleep”
